It was really nice to meet you at Maker Faire in California. I'm glad you are carrying some of my ExtraCore boards. Your RBBB boards were a big part of the inspiration for my board. I've been thinking about the ideas you had when we talked. How small could I make it with 2mm headers, a QFN package Atmega and is there room on the back for power regulation?
I think it's workable and this is what I have so far in Eagle. The files are upon GitHub in the 2.0 branch. I haven't ordered parts or attempted a prototype yet but it looks pretty feasible.
