Wind Sensor Rev P - output voltage with no wind
Is the output voltage of the wind sensor rev p (at 0 wind, 75deg Fahrenheit) supposed to be 1.5V ? I would think no wind should output closer to 0V. I have the input pin connected to a power supply of 10v (9-12v) and measured the output through a scope. Is there something I am missing here... What is the saturation voltage of the output? (3.3 or 5V)

The sensor does not have a zero voltage - zero wind value because the sensor needs to be kept hot. This is the is the standard way that all hot wire anemometers work. The added voltage is proportional to about the square root of the wind speed.

I want to design a PH datalogger with these specifications: the output value voltage of PH sensor is input of ADC -> software -> change into hexa -> display this value. I want to know the range of measured voltage of PH sensor and it is linear with voltage or not.
