Programming ATtiny with RBBB

I have been programming an ATtiny 85 using a RBBB as ISP and the Arduino IDE version 0.22, but have not been able to get this working with the Arduino IDE version 1.0. I get the following error when I try to use version 1.0: "avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding". Does anyone have any insight into this problem or been able to use version 1.0 to program an ATtiny?
