voltage regulator - can i use this one?

Hi,
I'm using some spare parts to populate a RBBB pcb. I have the below voltage regulator on hand. Can use it on the board in place of the TO-92?

Not very easily, the pinout is different. The RBBB is set up for a package with the GND pin on the middle pin and this one has Vout on the middle pin.
