Wind sensor does not provide data with arduino mega 2560

Hi. I am trying to work with a sensor revP from moderndevice using a arduino mega 2560 but I can not make it provide data. Does someone have experience with this kind of sensors?
I do not know what I am doing wrong. Here I put some pictures of the circuit that I set up for this sensor.
