Modern Device finally has a new ISP!!!

Finally dependable service and actual tech support.

I think one or two forum posts might have gotten chopped in the move though.
Maybe they'll get resurrected. We'll see, I apologize if not.

Lots of other new changes too, but that's all I can say right now.

Not only nuclear propulsion, but nuclear propulsion for which the benefits of higher Isp are limited to within the atmosphere.
