JeeNode kits with wrong regulator

Post by oz »

Unfortunately we shipped out a few Jee Nodes last week with the wrong regulator. The correct regulator for the JeeNode board is the MCP1702 - 33, a 3.3V low-dropout regulator. The incorrect model we mistakenly shipped was the L4931-33 which is also a 3.3v low-dropout regulator but with a different pinout.

We will ship the correct regulators to recent customers as soon as we get them in, in a couple of days. In the meantime the other regulators will work fine in the boards - they just need to be rotated 60 degrees or so when inserting them. See the picture below.
